As Executive Chairman, Beau has spent the past several decades growing the LT agency into one of the largest and most successful agencies in the region and in more recent years, helped oversee the merger of E.B. Lane and Terralever. The Phoenix Ad Club named him the 2013 Ad Person of the Year and under his direction, LT has received national and local recognition for years of award winning work.
Beau is committed to the community with active involvement in Greater Phoenix Leadership, Phoenix Community Alliance and YPO. He is a board member of Gainey Business Bank, GCU Colangelo School of Business and The ASU Walter Cronkite School and a member of the 4A’s (American Association of Advertising Agencies) Government Relations Council. A native Arizonan, in 2022 Beau was a Republican candidate for AZ Secretary of State.
